If you want to cancel your booking, you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Cancellation charges will be levied according to the following:

• If cancelled before 24 hours of scheduled appointment no charges will be levied.

• If cancelled after 24 hours of scheduled appointment a cancellation charge of AED 150 will be levied.

• Customer/User have an option to reschedule the appointment within 30 days from scheduled time. In case, customer wish to do so, she must contact the administrator. The charges will be finalized then.

• Please allow 7-10 working days to process your refund.
