Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Cancellation Charges:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment:
    No cancellation fee will be applied.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment:
    A cancellation fee of AED 500 will be charged.

  • No-Show Policy:
    Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are strictly non-refundable in case of no-show.

 

Refund Processing:
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
